Is There a New Standard for Mental Health?

I was asked to provide comment actually for a HR magazine about workplace mental health and the upcoming standard. And I think they wanted me to say you're doing a great job, you know, and you're not going to have to change what you're doing at all in order to make the standard. Whereas in fact, we know it's actually for a lot of people, it's going to be a lot of work to actually those kind of principles. So there is going to need to be changed. It's an old health safety management system, you should expect that it be changed through that whole system inorder to make it work for these new arrangements.
