Shelters have become homes in new york city and other places around the country for people. Part of that reason is because our elected and appointed officials can't seem to come up with problem solving. They're trying to figure out something they know nothing about. Bringing people who have this lived experience, who understand what they went through,. who knows what led them into the situation to help resolve the issue.
