A one on o lay up is basically useless. The main reason is not the by mechanical skill, it's the perception. Before i even look at the target to shoot the lay i first have to perceive where my defender is,. And that perception process gets completely removed if we do the on air lay upis doesn't it? Iagree completely. So take us to the next level then, of layring one on one with constraints or differential learning - because you use this for professional players too. This is not js miny basket. It can be a real situation of our game. We want to help them create in their minds the situation that’s going to happen in the game
