I think this is where a lot of newer coaches get really bogged down in the, you know, when you learn about something, it becomes like the most important thing. Although we do have a framework for endurance, athletics, and sport science, how that applies to an individual is going to look different from person to person. Depending on what their phase of life is, what their goal is, how old they are, how long they've been running, all of these things need to be taken into account.
