i think humans are just predictable. We behave rationally based on the incentives that we have in front of us, and so i think it has a lot to do with human nature. There's a mix of you can't argue that there is not some sort of top down coercion going on. But whenever you bring in the pharmacutical companies, or whatever, three letter agencies, they're they're acting on their own incentive.
