The New Testament Is a Prerequisite for God's Saving Love
"The Old Testament is an indispensable part of the sacred scripture," says Dave Ermum. "Even though they contain matters imperfect and provisional, the books of the Old Testament bear witness to the whole divine pedagogy of God's saving love." The New Testament was written in response to Marcianism which claimed that with the arrival of the New Covenant, all those books of theOld Testament are rendered useless.
