The Importance of Humility

i want to draw at some of these gems ta that the audience might have missed, just recognizing that humility comes from acknowledging the fact that we don't know everything. Humility is really the foundation of effective listening to. i love the fact that you said, we can learn from anyone. And thit's true. I forget the name of this book, but it was a negotiation book, and the author said, everybody is a genius at something. Everybody is a genius in their own way. You can still educate no matter who you are or what your background is. This whole notion that iron sharpens iron is a real thing.
