The Complexity of Healthcare
There is still a huge mismatch between politics seen as that and the way we talk about solutions. A robot that only heard a certain narrow domain of information would end up making stupid decisions. We spend very, very little time thinking about how the machinery of state could hear from citizens in different ways because it just doesn't seem like we have the time for that when we should be dealing with the next Twitter crisis.
