Speed is the fastest thing to go, right? If you look at how fast you can move and sprint compared to when you're at school. Yes, speed is what drops off first. And I'm so big as a function, as a proxy that power goes. It holds on a lot longer for sure, but speed is going to go quickly as you age. But it sounds from what you're saying, actually, you want to be doing everything. You want to do some strength and periodising or training, doing some muscular endurance, some hypertrophy. That'd be fine if you wanted to do different.
