The Struggle to Make Your Kids Ambitious

The reason I got to where I got to was because of desperation. And desperate people can do extraordinary things, not all the time. So many people create an environment that is void of desperation. They never get the elixir of motivation they need to actually work harder. That mentality needs to be there for so many different things. There's a lot of stuff out there, isn't there? Like a similar analogy that you use like someone that's struggled and then they don't want their kids to struggle. We have the same conversation around our kids.
