Communicating and Clarifying

Most people think about communicating as talking, but it also involves listening. I see communication and clarifying as a kind of dance. It's important to have these conversations in a way that fosters communication. Our five Cs are laid out in a linear fashion, but they're not linear in that you go from one to the other to the other.
