A self managed team still needs somebody that's kind of I like to think of it as like the guardrails, right? And you know what, the team will ask for the guardrail at the right time too. They'll feel the pain when somebody is on the road and says, I sure wish there had been a guardrail there. Yeah, exactly. So I think this is a perfect play for project managers doing the role that they actually should be doing.
