He'd broken his toe as a rugby player before his, before his soldier career. And then there was also some broken broken big toe. So we've got poor internal rotation. We've got poor pro nation courtesy of a lack of room to roll through the first rail of the big toe. And then also he had some real strange strategies to try and give him propulsion through the left shoulder. Left shoulder is not functioning properly. The shoulder double is not really walking up well. The scapula is not rotating over the rib cage. He's going to hammer internal rotation so we can actually stretch the glute before he meets contact with the floor. And lo and behold, eight weeks later
