How Fast Fitness Is Lost When Don't Try It?

People that have a long history, whether it's from training or exercising, are much more likely to be able to maintain something. The stimulus that causes us to adapt to training and therefore improve our fitness in our performance is reversed when that training stimulus is taken away. So if we train for speed, we get faster. If we train for endurance, we get better endurance, erobic capabilities. When we take away the stimulus, the same thing happens.
