Do You Have the Time to Train a Solo Adviser?
i don't have time to train you, so just come along with me o ed was the was the solution. It means an interesting point for particularly a lot of solo advisers: Just literally bring hem along with you to everything and train em as you go. At some point you can start letting go some tasks of them, because they'll see you do it over and over and over again when they come with you at every client meeting. And i think, you know, thing that's been neat for me to watch, and maybe that that was kind of the way that this all was supposed to work, so i could really learn that.
