Thisthis is often represented in the buddhist text where some of you ware probably familiar just with the figure of mara ic. We can apply that same energy to our own experience of difficulty or suffering, if we can connect with he particular mind state, state that's causing the suffering incs. When we do that, then we come back again to what i mentioned the beginning of the talk. We can come back and reconnect with the basic building blocks of ence. And this was expressed in one very powerful discourse the buddha gave. It's called the discourse to bahia.
