Codependents Don't Have That Level of Self Awareness

Narcisses don't have that level of self awareness, and so we have to recognize that people who have lower m levels of self awareness tend to stick with people who also have a lower, lower level of self aware. A codependent can have self awareness, but they're actually stuck recreating childhood patterns. The reason for it is all subconscious, very frodian, and it's due to what happened in childhood. As children, ried we are shamebased. We never felt good enough. And when we look within, all we feel is terror. So there's some humility.
