Why You Shouldn't Hire a Sensitivity Reader

A lot of people are actually hiring sensitivity readers before they've been submitting to an agent. I feel like, you know, if you're picking up a horror book, you kind of know what you're going to get. So in those cases, I don't see the need for sensitivity reader. If you're writing something that is a completely literary but sort of doesn't have a defined genre then maybe trigger warning or a sensitivity reader might be helpful.
