Is There a Hybrid Between Technology and People?

Technology is good at certain things and bad at others. People are better at newots, technology is not particularly good at newods. And so we rely on people to make a lot of content decisions about what to take down and what not out. But that can get caught up in the time it should be spending trying to address problems like you and on. The reason i ask is, on the flip side, wright like c and on is an idea.
