The Importance of Aquinas' Theology

What we really know about Skotus is just his intellectual output. We can maybe make inferences about his personal life on the basis of his theological writing. The genre in which he wrote was very academic for scholarly, you know, Aquinas. Almost everything he wrote is just in that highly technical, academic mode. He's much harder to understand than someone like Aquinas or even Bonaventure.
