How to Switch Off When Watching a Movie at Work

BBFC has a small cinema screening group. In the basement of the BBFC, we watched cinema films there. You can't switch off when you're watching a movie at work. So instead of seeing explosions going off exactly around you where you are, you're just watching it on screen now. It's a lot less scary.
