Are You Chasing Old Goals?

Fallan's biggest message was that you've got to identify what you want, and then make sure that you are saying yes to the things that will get you there. Another one that i see quite a bit is chasing other people's goals. Are you looking at the competition and mimicking the desires and the goals that they have? Or are you looking internally and swimming your own race?
