The Moral Legitimacy of Democracy

Jason brendon wrote a book called against democracy. He says we have no obligation to obey the verdict that any of these juries put forth. The argument assumes that every government, or every state is systematically flawed in some way. So i don't by that that arguments can convince any one whois seriously in support of any kind of political system or political party.
