The SEC Stabilization Act Fires Gary Gensler

The SEC Stabilization Act was introduced on Monday by GOP House Whip Tom Emmer and fellow pro crypto legislator Warren Davidson. It would remove the position of chairman and replace it with an executive director with oversight of the day to day operations of the agency.
