What Are Some Things to Look Out for When You're Transitioning to Intermittent Fasting?

Don't eat too late at night. Allow a couple of hours to happen if you can after you eat dinner before you go to bed to allow your body to fast through the night until you break the fast at breakfast. Some people get with good intentions over eager, they want to rush through it. But leaning into it as long as you're progressing, even incrementally, we're trying to make this a lifestyle change, not some fat crash thing.
