The Power of Self-Care

There really are both physical and mental benefits for doing some volunteer work. The combination of movement and being outdoors never fails to make me feel better. I would highly encourage you to get a meditation in and awesome breathwork. Take care of yourself is the number one priority when you're feeling any kind of negative emotion whether that's loneliness or sadness or anxiety so make it a priority to practice self-care.
