The Problems With SFFA's Argument That Racial Diversity Discriminates Asian Americans

SFFA's argument was that racial diversity disadvantages qualified Asian American applicants. They were rejected at trial and no party to this case appealed on those grounds. In 2008 Asian Americans made up 46% of domestic Harvard score senders with SAT scores above 2200. A range from which Harvard draws more than half of its students.
