Every assistant that i have has two or three or four fliers that they're going to men tor through the year. That gives them that mentoring a little bit. And then on the cord, we break it up kind of by position. I'll take the big guys. One of my g as, kil pop, will be with me, and then coch ana will take the perimeter fliers,. coch thornton, my volunteer, and my other g a, eric rig, will are with chump. Some days i might just go up in the stands and watch watch them coach, wach the team play... But everybody' on the staff is going to be exposed
