The Importance of Continuity in Mentorship
i would totally recommend having a constant mentorship in your life and having someone that's there and knows you. I also know one guy who was constantly talking to me he was always asking my advice. When this person is confident enough to start charge money or teach others he already cares about you, i say. Maybe as a tip maybe you can find people who are actively learning and on the way to become a senior designers or leaders. You want just to sort of ensure you have some sort of connection with those people early on.
