The Importance of Solidarity in the Union

The California Nurses Association has made a U turn in the past 10 years. The association broke away from the management part and we torled her doll is a wonderful example somebody who was part of that revolution. We need to get more nurses unionized, our union hasn't been able to do that in quite a while. I'm only as strong as the person next to me but behind us there's so many nurses supporting us.
