Oil Companies Are Still Cheaper Than They Used to Be, Right?

Oil companies are cheaper now than they were before the 2008 financial crisis, says John Defterios. But oil prices could do what natural gas prices in Europe did, and it's unclear how long that will last, he says. And so I still think they're cheap relative to the range of outcomes, considering that we've not had any sort of supply response yet, defterios says.
