Use a fresh wallet on your phone, or you get a fresh hardware wallet that is your quote unquote Swan wallet. I think people should avoid KYC as much as possible. You don't want to be sending like 10,000 sat UTXOs off an exchange. That's not great for UTXO management and spending in the future when a fee market is elevated compared to where it is today.
