Is the Future of Technology Going Down?

I have been in fines for more than 10 years now, but I've never seen anything like last two years. It is living living through some history, isn't it? Yeah. We're thinking that tech generally, the tech indexes are going down over the next three months versus by today, sell tomorrow.
