Grand Junction's always been almost like the Redhead stepchild for my company because it's so far away. So I had a property manager up there and she kind of ran it and that's about all I needed. The good news was at the same time, my Alamoza team was really starting to rock. They were handling everything. And I think now it's doing much better ... having a BDM there too is just working out really well.
