The Baltic States Are Leaders on Sanctions

The baltic states have paid a big price for being leaders on sanctions over the past eight years. For them, the war's in ukraine, and ukraine gets the stuff. So i think we need to look at that and understand why are they willing to do this at a level of economic and political sacrifice in their countries. And it's because they view this thread as very real, because they know what that history looks like.
