Is There a Data Driven Approach to the Contribution of Women?

The data was really came from the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology. We have a pretty good handle on what happened here within that society, but societies in other countries, for example, we didn't have access to their data. There are many, in terms of looking at number of women in the contributions, they were smaller numbers of women. But we couldn't really, we didn’t have that data available.
