I've had such a good week preparing this because I prepared a whole day workshop on note taking and building a second brain. So it would all coalesce like, you know, and I had so much material, but I won't go through it. On slides 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, just little explainers of different note taking methods. It's useful to think about note taking is not one sort of practice. There's multiple ways you can do it. And the book is full of those things. Like I just say, buy the book because like I'm skirting over the top of it. You don't have to just write little sentences
