We're built to work, but not this way. Switching to a poll system feels eccentric in most context, but I think it's a good idea. These type of changes take modern work and make it again much more compatible with our brain because now it's I'm doing this hard thing until I'm done and I can get that satisfaction. As I write about in a world without email, moving away from the hyperactive hive mind is no easy task. This article is meant to maybe give us one more point of motivation for actually making these type of hard changes.
