How Do I Get the Attention of a Family Office?
Family offices get the cream of the crop deals. I must get about 40 deals a week that come through my desk. That's because just knowing that if I fund one, there could be follow on investments, I will never take a full bite at it. Funding is never an issue for us. But you will see a lot of that happening over the next six months because people didn't sell when they should have. They were getting a little bit greedy for the higher return.
