Teacher Training - Is There a Guru?

In our tradition, it's kind of there's three sort of stages of teaching that and being a teacher. And the first level is just kind of elder, you know, somebody who has some idea about how to pass that forward. Then in the second stage, the person becomes what they call the calianomy or a spiritual friend. That's still not a guru. Anybody who thinks they want to become one would have to be completely accomplished bodhisattva.
