How Can I Be More Confident in My Design Work?

"I felt like being involved in this early stage of working with customers, I'm doing two parts. I'm doing design work as well as showing some customers actually don't know why we are doing what we do," she says. "This implies that we also need to educate them and to explain like, OK, we need to do research because later in the later stage of work, this will be available."
