Is Religion Poisoning Everything?
In your book you explore some of the really nasty skeletons in christendom's closet. Why did you think it was important, both for believers and unbelievers, for you to hilate all those unsavoury parts of christian history? Yes. The reason i had to take that approach is because a lot of people are weary of it. You know, the extremes, well, it's hard to communicate to the extremes under any circumstances. But i think a lot ofpeople are just watching on going. And i want to speak to them. I doubt i'll convince any hardened sceptics who are absolutely committed to the idea that religion poisons everything.
