Embryonic Stem Cells - Is There Evidence for This?
There are certainly studies that show that these stem cell types exist and can imbed and then become, you know, endometro like tissue. But how do they escape adres? That's the question that we don't have an answer to. There another theory, and this is the sylomic metaplasia theory, which is, your selum is the inside of your abdomen. So in this theory, regular old abdominal selves, wherever in your abdomen, just undergo metaplasia. And so instead of being a differentiated, let's say, abdominal wall cell, they dedifferentiate and then re differentiate into endometrial cells.
