The ROI of Running Experiments That Fail
The bulk of the ROI is in everything that you're testing and not spending resources on creating something that's not going to generate any impact. If I run tests on a website for a year and not one single one of those tests one, then that's still enormously beneficial. So there isn't really a sense that experimentation can work or not work. It's just proving ideas. And so it's like to measure, to find a way to create reporting on experimentation in which you take into account the dev resources, time implementation, all that into calculating the benefit of running experiments that fail.
