A lot of the common big misses from a lot of youo i, i think what's happening is that it's a very easy model out thereslike a very straightforward model. 99 % of all small companies, under 50 or hundred million, are tactical. They're not strategic and they even of strategy, is number one. Most of em don't understand lifetime value. A buyer from on line a platform may be worth more or less initially. All buyers aren't the same. There's something called allowable cost. You can afford to pay more or less in acquiring when you know all they're worth.
