AI solutions are still fundamentally developed by very small organizations. The government is absolutely not equipped at all to deal with these organizations. Startups came to me during the first mandate of scale AI almost on a weekly basis saying, can you help me find customers here? It's easier for me to sell to the US than it is to sell to Canada.
