So if that's something the young person wants to do, then find a job where you're involved in real estate  in one way, shape or form. It doesn't have to be real estate. It could be small business. It could also be restaurant. Or it could be back to that movie theatre. If you're passion in your joy and your dream is to own a movie theatre, then get that job taking tickets at the movie theatre.
