The Four Day Work Week

There was no pushback from your team at all about not wanting to do this. There were some people that were saying, I have no idea what I'm going to do with my day off. It creates a special bond because it makes people feel like we're part of a company where we try new things and they like talking about it. The way we did the four day work week is also at full pace. So nobody was sacrificing any salary so it's working a day less.
