Can Medication Help With Panic Attacks?
Anxiety is not really the problem, but rather it's the response to anxiety that often becomes the problem. Particular avoidance strategies that we use to make us feel a little better eventually takes over your life and restricts your option. pharmacotherapy useful in some contexts, not overly useful in other contexts such as taking benzodiazepines for treating a panic disorder. We now know that this is benzodiazepine which result in hyperic, can make you actually addictive and is probably not the best option.
