I want to know what you've learned about pain and suffering because sometimes it does feel like opening to this higher degree is is painful. And so what, what have you learned, maybe actually before we look at what you learned about suffering. Was the process of the death and rebirth cycle for you. Did you feel like that was what was allowing you to go deeper? Is this a very synonymous concept as traditional Buddhist philosophy of reincarnation, or is it different.
